Each reader is designed to ask for the photo and whether someone is above or under a specific age.
A customer’s identity will always need to be confirmed from the photo on the results of the person standing in front of you. Colors have been added to make it easier to distinguish if they meet the age criteria of the reader. However, these colors do not indicate anything other than if they meet or do not meet the age criteria.
- Green: When a result is highlighted green with a checkmark, it means that the customer meets the criteria of that reader.
- Red: When a result is highlighted red with an X, it means that the customer does not meet the criteria of that reader.
- Yellow: When a result is highlighted yellow with a caution sign, it means that the customer only meets one of the criteria of that reader.
