To download the app, your device must meet the following requirements:
- For Apple users, you must have an iPhone capable of running iOS 17.6 or newer.
- For Android users, you must have a device capable of running Android 12 (API level 31) or newer.
If you would like to use the Tap option to verify credentials, you will need a device with NFC capabilities. If your device does not have NFC capabilities, you will need to use the QR option to verify credentials.
Not all Digital IDs, such as IDs in Apple Wallet, allow a QR code for Digital ID presentment. When this happens, Tap is the only method that can be used to receive Digital ID information.
